Our full antenatal programme can be taken as group classes or private sessions during the evening, daytime or weekend.
You can begin you hypnobirthing preparation at any stage of your pregnancy, it’s never too late to get the benefits! But the more time you have to practice the better!
Did you know you mums to be are entitled to paid time off work for antenatal preparation classes and appointments? (And Partners are entitled to unpaid leave for up to 2 sessions too!)
Our group hypnobirthing classes take place in comfortable, cool venues in Surrey and SW London.. I won’t make you sit on a hard chair in a cold, dank church hall drinking Tesco Value tea.. there’s plenty of time for that once the baby’s arrived!
Private hypnobirthing classes take place in the comfort of your own home.

The 'what if' session. A key part of any antenatal preparation is knowing what may happen and what your options are in any given situation. Knowing the best way to make decisions and get the most out of your care providers is the key in making ANY situation a positive one.
